Is the online custom design tool available for all box sizes?
The online 3D custom design feature is currently available only for the three predefined box sizes displayed on the Design Your Box page. These sizes are specifically optimized for live online preview and visualization.

Can I fully customize other box sizes?
No. All other gift boxes and packaging solutions can’t be customized online. You may request a quote for any other size or customization.
For boxes outside the online 3D designer, customization options include:
- Logo replacement
- Branding adjustments
- Printed inserts
- Packaging personalization

What does “Design Your Box” include?
The “Design Your Box” feature allows clients to preview and customize selected packaging styles online using the available 3D design system. This feature currently applies only to the three standard packaging sizes available within the design platform. For fully custom projects or additional box dimensions, our team provides personalized design support and quotation services.
